WHAT IS THE HEALTH AND SAFETY DOCUMENTATION SERVICE THAT GCMS PROVIDES?

We have created a step by step 12 month installation plan for all golf course health and safety documentation in bite size pieces. Covering all aspects of legal requirements tailor made to your site we create the paperwork, tied in with monthly visits to ensure the data is specific and technically accurate.  All you have to do is proof read and sign the documents.  We even install the system with your staff so that everyone is involved. We carry Professional Indemnity insurance. This service saves your organisation approximately 20 days work when starting from scratch and removes a considerable amount of pressure.

WHAT MAKES GCMS DIFFERENT TO OTHER SERVICES?

At our core is a Course Manager of 18 years. We view our offering through a Course Managers eyes. We recognise the existing skill set of the clients we work with and work alongside their philosophy. We contribute by fine tuning ideas that may enhance their golf course or bring greater efficiency. Bringing a fresh pair of eyes and slightly different perspective can enhance and empower the client, adding value. While we are independent of suppliers we do engage close connections with clients preferred suppliers for additional support and recognise the import role of other industry professionals, who we often work alongside.

CAN GCMS MAKE OUR ORGANISATION MORE EFFICIENT?

We aim to make the management of the golf courses in clients organisations more efficient. Using experience to identify where change may be beneficial.  This will not always be a cost saving, it may add quality, relieve stress improving efficiency, or simply make a job easier to complete. In addition we provide services such as our high quality H&S Admin which takes work off the Course Manager allowing them to focus on the course, reducing risk of expensive claims and reassures the golf club that its commitment to H&S is being achieved.

HOW FLEXIBLE IS THE SERVICE OFFERED BY GCMS?

GCMS' business is based around listening to clients needs and requirements. From there we develop and agree a brief and fulfil the targets promptly. Some clients request ongoing support and our pricing structure enables frequent repeat service where traditionally only 1 or 2 visits a year might be feasible.
