MENTORING AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Our experience naturally leads to the ongoing development of Course Managers and their teams. Sharing and brainstorming various management techniques adds value to a team, evaluating where enhancements and efficiencies can be made.

Where team restructuring is required we offer a comprehensive and proven service of setting new structure and recruiting new staff to take the golf course forward.

We also work with Capel Manor College preparing their Level 2 & 3 greenkeeping apprentices for End Point Assessment (EPA).
Working with Capel Manor college in the delivery of Greenkeeper apprenticeships a promotional video was created with the Institute for Apprenticeship Training Education (IFATE) in January 2022 with the team at Aldenham Golf Club.
